We provide management to all residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use Owners Corporations, Community and Neighbourhood Associations and Building Management Committees throughout metropolitan Sydney.

Prompt attention to repairs and maintenance of the common property is one of the most important functions of a strata manager.

The repair and maintenance of a scheme is essential for minimising the risk of accidents, making your building a pleasant place to live and/or work and enhancing the value of your property.

The owners corporation is required to handle repairs and maintenance of the common property. Your strata manager will generally be delegated with authority to handle the day to day matters (serious or expensive matters are referred to the strata committee). Owners are responsible for the repair of their own property (non-common property); tenants should contact the owner or property manager in the event that an item requires repair or attention.

We welcome owners and occupiers reporting items that require attention.
