Aryan Soleymani brings a distinctly analytical and financially grounded perspective to strata management, underpinned by over a decade of international experience in accounting and retail, and six years in non-profit and government sectors specialising in HR and risk management. Since moving into strata in 2024, he has applied that depth of experience to building a practice defined by precision, clarity and practical outcomes.

Aryan specialises in the financial dimensions of strata management, with a strong focus on budgets, levies, arrears, compliance and contractor disputes. Working with owners corporations, strata committees, lot owners and property managers across residential schemes, he brings a level of financial rigour and risk awareness that gives his clients confidence in the way their schemes are managed and their funds are administered.

Known for his direct, plain-language communication style, Aryan favours clear and straightforward answers over lengthy explanations. He cuts through complexity to give clients the information they need, when they need it, without unnecessary delay. His practical approach to arrears management, compliance matters and dispute resolution has earned him a reputation as someone who gets things done efficiently and with integrity.

In 2021, Aryan was recognised with the Secretary's Living Our Values Award in Accountability from the Department of Education, a reflection of the professional standards he carries into every role he takes on.
