With approximately five years of experience spanning strata management, real estate sales and insurance, Jessica Zrnic brings a diverse and well-rounded background to her role as Strata Manager at Waratah Strata Management.

Jessica began her career at Strata Community Insurance as an Administration and Claims Assistant, where she developed a strong customer service foundation managing high volumes of client calls and correspondence. She then moved into strata management at Netstrata, progressing through roles as Relief Strata Manager, Strata Manager and Learning and Development Assistant — gaining hands-on experience across all facets of scheme management while also contributing to staff onboarding and training. A period as a Sales Associate at Ray White Castle Hill further broadened her property knowledge before she joined the Waratah Strata Management team.

Jessica specialises in residential strata, mixed-use schemes and industrial properties across NSW, working closely with lot owners, property managers, tenants and owners corporations. Her key areas of expertise include client and owner relations, AGM and committee meeting facilitation, contractor and compliance management, insurance claims and dispute resolution.

Known for her strong client relationships and reliable, attentive service, Jessica acts as the key point of contact for the owners and committees she works with. She prioritises responsive, solutions-focused communication and brings confidence and thoroughness to every meeting she facilitates, from agenda preparation through to minute-taking and follow-up.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys motorbike riding, playing soccer, reading, trying new activities, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Pluto.
