With more than four years of experience in the property industry, including two years with Waratah Strata, Nimisha Shukla brings a well-rounded background in customer service and administration to her role as Strata Manager.

Having worked as both a strata assistant and strata manager, Nimisha has developed a thorough understanding of the full strata management process from the ground up. She specialises in residential properties, managing a portfolio predominantly located across South West Sydney, and works closely with owner-occupiers and tenants to ensure their needs are met with care and consistency.

Nimisha is known for her attention to detail, hard work and reliable, responsive approach to client service. She believes in clear communication and makes it a priority to remain accessible and approachable to all stakeholders, ensuring every query or concern is handled promptly and professionally.

Outside of work, Nimisha loves spending time with her family and travelling.
